Glenda Dean Adams Lay, 74, passed away on April 20, 2012 in West Jordan, Utah. She was born on October 4, 1937 in American Fork, Utah, the daughter of Arthur Dean and Myrtle Thella Erickson Adams.
She married Billy Howard Lay on October 14, 1960 in Lehi, Utah. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her greatest joy was her family. She was very forgiving to all and generous to her children and to others.
Survived by son David (Gina) Lay, Idaho Falls, ID, daughters Suzanne Adams, Holladay, UT, Shelly (Warren) Andersen, West Jordan, UT, five grandchildren, sisters Diane Ziegler, Sharon Naylor and Barbara Dietz Preceded in death by her husband and granddaughter Kinzie.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the LDS Chapel located at 6567 South Wakefield Way (6035 West), West Jordan, Utah. A viewing will be held Monday evening from 7-9:00 p.m. at Wing Mortuary, 118 East Main, Lehi and one hour prior to services on Tuesday morning at the church. Interment, Lehi City Cemetery.
