Adam Parrish Ashworth (1979-2023), husband of Ashley and father of Keyanyn and Brookston passed away suddenly on the morning of June 4, 2023 in Lehi, Utah.

Adam was born to Brent and Charlene on Dec. 06, 1979. He was a brother to Amy (Matt), John (Amy), Matthew, Samuel (deceased 1986), David (Nicole), Emily (Jason),  Luke, Ben (Kimmy).

He grew up in Payson and Provo and where he attended Wasatch Elementary and Timpview High school, where the T-Birds football team took state in 1997. Adam was an Eagle Scout and served a successful mission in Richmond, Virginia.

Adam and Ashley were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on August 27, 2004.

He and Ashley and their beautiful children lived in Vernal, Provo and then moved to Lehi. Adam had a big heart. He'd give you the shirt off his back or his last dollar. He was a great light in our lives. He blessed the lives of many of the disadvantaged through his career, he cares deeply for all of Christ's children. He will leave a great legacy of true love and compassion. He loved his family more than anything in life. He found great joy in the outdoors and considered it his therapy. Until we meet again, we love you Adam.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, June 10, 2023 at 11:00 AM in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Chapel located at 531 West 3200 North, Lehi, Utah.  Family and friends may call on Friday, June 9, 2023 from 6-8:00 pm at Wing Mortuary, 118 East Main, Lehi, Utah and one hour prior to the service at the church.  Interment will follow in the Provo City Cemetery.
