Alvin Raymond Ault, known affectionately as Al, passed away on August 23, 2024, at the age of 79 in Lehi, Utah. Born on December 16, 1944, in American Fork, Utah to Mary and Raymond Ault. Al spent his life in the close-knit communities of Cedar Fort and Lehi, where he was respected and loved by many.

Al was a charismatic and outgoing individual, known for his personable nature and love for life. His passions included his family, raising cows and riding his motorcycle, activities that brought him immense joy and fulfillment. Al was rarely seen without a loyal dog, whom were always his constant companions on many adventures.

Professionally, Al dedicated many years to his career as a heavy equipment salesman, a role in which he excelled due to his interpersonal skills and extensive knowledge of the industry. He was well-regarded in his profession for both his expertise and his integrity.

Alvin's life was marked by the deep relationships he nurtured with his family and friends. He is survived by his son, Weston (Laura) Ault, daughter-in-law, Annette Ault; granddaughters, Mary Ault, Holly (Jesse) Long, Bridget (Brandon) Covington; grandsons, Tyrell Ault (Chelsea), Brandon (Lawrie) Thomas, Cole Austin and Lucas Austin, 14 great-grandchildren and his faithful dog Ruby . He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Rick Ault.

A special thanks to his granddaughter Holly Long for being his constant companion, caregiver and best friend for the last 9 months.

An open house celebrating Al's life will be held on September 7th from 4:00-7:00 pm at his house where food, drinks and memories will be shared.
