Barbara Ann Ewell Asay died January 19 2025. She died from complications of having Parkinson's disease. She was born December 22, 1945, in Vernal, Utah, to Albert and Melba Ewell. . She met her husband Paul on a blind date they were married on May 14 1965 in the Salt Lake City temple.

She is survived by her husband Paul, son Chad Asay, daughter Misty Moore, and sister Diana Jensen. She was preceeded in death by her parents Albert and Melba Ewell, brother Ron Ewell, son Ty Asay, and daughter Kimberly Bronson.

She loved to go camping and fishing with her family. She worked as a manager for the store Reams until it closed, then she was manager for a Maverick store. She then started a business in ceramics and worked for several years until loosing her son Ty. She slowly stopped the ceramics business to become a full-time housewife, until she was called home to be with her parents and her two kids who passed before her.
She has 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

A family only viewing will be held on Friday January 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Wing Mortuary 118 E Main Lehi, Utah. A graveside services will be held on Friday January 24, 2025 at 11:30 at the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery 70 South 100 East Pleasant Grove, Utah.
