Obituary

Brent T Rees 1962 - 2022
Brent T Rees was greeted by a host of angels that included his parents, four siblings, and his son Tyler, when he passed away on the morning of June 1, 2022, after a six-week struggle of acute bronchial pneumonia. He is survived by his cherished wife and love of his life, Julie, his sister, Loretta Jacobs, his remaining children, Kryssi, Justin, Kandice, and Alex, his adored daughters- in-law, Mandy, Joni, and Jazmin, and his grandchildren who were his world, Rachelle, McKenzie, Charlie, Haylin, Carson, and Jaxon.

Brent was born on October 22, 1962, in American Fork, Utah. He was the youngest of the six children to Jack and Pauline Rees. Growing up, Brent developed a love for the outdoors that would never fade and "his mountain" became his greatest source of solace. When he was just 19, Brent married the love of his life, Julie, and together they began their grand adventure and one of the greatest love stories of all time. Brent was a loving father and a hero to all his children as well as all the strays they picked up along the way. He was a dedicated coach, an unfailing friend, and a spiritual giant. Then, just 15 years ago, he found his true calling as "Grandpa". Every life he touched will forever feel the impact of his unconditional love.
