Chrystine Ellen Larson Wormley (Chrys) was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was welcomed to Heaven by her parents and older brother Tony on March 6, 2022, at the age of 68. She is survived by her husband: Lorentz Wormley, sister: Kay Moss, children: Josh Wormley (Julie Wormley), Justin Nelson (Ginger Nelson), Christopher Nelson, and grandchildren: Jessica, Jacob, Gavin, Grayson, Kai, Hailey, Jayden, Ethan, Caleb, and Skyla.

Born in Salt Lake City, Utah to Russel and Edna Larson on March 18, 1953. She spent most of her childhood and teen years in Hayward, CA. After graduating from high school there, she was married to James Michael Nelson on August 4th, 1973. Together, they had 2 children: Justin, and Christopher. They later divorced but remained friends.

Chrys married Lorentz Wormley on January 2, 1986. They raised their boys in Rio Linda, CA surrounded by lifelong friends. In 2013 they moved to Eagle Mountain, UT where she continued her favorite role as Grandma Chrys and became a valued friend to many more.

Chrys loved fun, and joy and brought that feeling with her wherever she was and into whatever she was doing. She enjoyed spending time in the kitchen, creating delicious meals for her family and friends. She also loved being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and took her service in any calling to the next level. She was an amazing example of joyful service and love to anyone who knew her.

A funeral service is scheduled for 11 am on March 19, 2022, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints building at 4105 East Smith Ranch Road, Eagle Mountain UT 84005.
