Colene Pulham Smith passed away peacefully on Monday morning, July 4, 2022 among her loving family, back into the arms of her sweetheart and loving parents, that she has missed greatly.

She was born on September 26, 1931 in McKinnon, Wyoming, where she lived her younger years on the family homestead. After the passing of her mother, the family moved to Lehi, where Colene graduated from Lehi High School. Later she met the love of her life, Ernest Smith, they were sealed in the Manti Temple on August 11, 1960, combining her 4 children with his 5 children, then topping it off with 2 more.

Mom was a lifelong, faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving in many capacities, all of her life. She was a very dedicated visiting teacher, ward librarian, cub scout leader and primary worker. She also served 3 missions with Dad, at the Provo Tabernacle, Bishop's cannery, and calling to fine lost sheep. Mom also enjoyed her time in the temple serving those that had passed on.

Dad and mom loved to travel together in their motor home to see everything. They drove to Alaska several times to see family, and across the country.

Colene's greatest joy in life was her many children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great, great-grandchildren. She is known to go to many baptisms, swim meets, concerts, weddings and such to support her family.

She is survived by her children; Dale (Dee) Smith, Robert Smith, Debbie (Steve) Gates, Charlene (Robert) Brough, Brian (Stacey) Smith, Art (Janine) Smith, Marc (Pinkie) Smith, Todd Smith, Laura (Scott) Johnson, and her brother Mont Pulham.

Mom was reunited with her parents, Mont and Florence Davis Pulham, her brothers and sisters, her loving husband Ernest Smith, son Earl Hales, daughter Ronda Baum, 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
