Daniel John Davis' Obituary
Daniel John Davis beloved son of Lloyd and the late Cheryl Davis left this earth to be with his Heavenly Father and mother Cheryl, Sunday, February 26, 2017. He was born January 27, 1988 in Orem, Utah.
Daniel attended Grade School in American Fork and Lehi, Utah, Junior High and High School in Lehi. Utah. He finished four years at the LDS Seminary. During his senior year he worked for Kohler's Super Market where he made many friends. He had the gift of making others feel good about themselves. The patrons as well as his fellow workers enjoyed his cheerfulness as he served them.
Daniel served an honorable mission for The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in little Rock, Arkansas. After his return he worked with his dad at Silver Bullet Communications and then with his uncle at EGI Corporation, where he showed he was an honorable employee, working hard and cheerfully making many more friends. At the time of his passing, Daniel was attending Stevens-Henager College as a full time student in the field of graphic design. He loved school and was proud of his excellent grades.
His love for politics proved him to be knowledgeable and an avid Republican. He also loved to study and discuss history and was almost brilliant in his knowledge of Early American History. He had deep love and respect for Our Founding Fathers and was evident in his discussions.
Daniel is survived by his father Lloyd, step mother Robin, his brothers Derrick and Sammy as well as his sister Elizabeth, Grand Parents Kent and Lois Davis, Orrilla Van Orman along with many cousins, aunts and uncles. Daniel will be missed by many people who love him very much.
Funeral services will be held at 11;00 a.m. on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at the LDS ward building located at 465 West 700 South in Lehi, Utah. A viewing will be held at Wing Mortuary, 118 East Main, Lehi, Friday, March 3rd from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and at the church prior to service from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Daniel's name at the any Central Bank location.
