Darrell (Bud) Durrant, (The Pumpkin Man - Orem), passed away December 19, 2022. He was the 2nd of two children born to Delos and Ruth Durrant. He was born March 11, 1941. Bud grew up in Castle Gate, Utah, then later went to Lehi, Utah and graduated from Lehi High School. Bud went to college and worked many different jobs, but the main job was at Geneva Steel as a Millwright. He was also a volunteer fireman for Pleasant Grove, Utah.

He married Joan Warburton on February 5, 1960, they had 3 children and later divorced. Bud married Connie Hansen on July 9, 1988 in Olympia, Washington.

He was preceded in death by his parents Delos and Ruth Durrant, his sister Karlyn Bishop, 3 grandchildren; Brandon Lockhart, Skyler Wing and Kelly Long. Bud is survived by his children; Michael John Durrant (Milene), Brenda Lee Wing (John), and Melinda Jo Norton (Todd), step children; Cindy Long, Bart Woodcox, Paul Woodcox, Linda Burnside (Blaine), Robert Woodcox and Randy Woodcox. He has 27 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held Friday, December 23, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the Wing Mortuary, 118 East Main Street, Lehi, Utah. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service on Friday morning. Interment will follow the service in the Lehi City Cemetery, 1100 North 400 East.
