Diane Kay Dean Sudweeks, 79, of Lehi, returned home to her heavenly father on Friday, November 21, 2025.

She was born April 10, 1946, in Lehi to Roland Sims Dean, and Katherine Ann Carter.  She graduated from Lehi High School.  She married the love of her life, Sherral J. Sudweeks, on July 21, 1966, in the Logan Temple.

She served in many positions in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She loved serving others; and was involved with the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers and the Lehi Historical Society and Archives.

She is survived by her children, Terry Sudweeks, Lehi; Todd (Jayne) Sudweeks, Saratoga Springs; Tammy Sudweeks, Lehi; Tiffany (Ray) Fangel, Fillmore; Tracey (Justin) Gockley, American Fork; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren: Sister Kathy Millward, West Valley; and 3 sister-in-laws, Diane Crowther, Joanne Sudweeks, and Marisol Sudweeks.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and her two brothers, Lane and Tracey Dean.

Friends and family may call Friday, November 28, 2025 from 6-8pm at Wing Mortuary and on Saturday, November 29, 2025 from 10-11am at the LDS Chapel on 300 West State Street, Lehi, Utah. A funeral service will follow at 11 am on Saturday, November 29, 2025.
