We are sad to announce that Jay Samuel Taylor has passed on from this life on June 30th, 2021, in Provo Utah, surrounded by his loving family. His passing has left a giant hole in our hearts.
Jay Samuel Taylor was born September 5th, 1962, in Lehi Utah to parents Albert Samuel Taylor and Hazel Marie Sorenson. He is survived by his beautiful daughters, Linda and Abigail, stepchildren; Jennifer, Dillan, Chance and Ashley Bryant, grandchildren; Justin and Violet Taylor, Adrian and Rose Beltran and his great grandchild, Angel Taylor. Additionally, remembered by his former wives Laurie and Lorraine.
Jay was the 9th of 10 children. Siblings; Jean, Jerry (Sandy), Judy (Bob), Janice, Joan, Jacqueline, Jewel, Jill (Mike), Jay and Jesse. He will be welcomed into heaven by his parents, siblings; Jean, Jacqueline, and stepchild AJ and many other loved ones.
Jay was extremely smart, wise beyond his years. He was hilarious. He loved to laugh and make people laugh. Jay was a fan of science fiction. Many hours were spent listening to stories on CD's, taking him to magical worlds. He was a great listener, a peaceful soul, very calm and quiet. Jay was a devoted friend and father. He loved his children and their families so much. He was so proud of their accomplishments and would cherish each visit with them.
His family was the light of his life.
Jay's family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Bel Aire Assisted Living Center.

Luncheon will follow at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 680 North 350 West, American Fork, Utah 84003.
