Jayde was born with a head full of beautiful dark hair, a cute button nose, and the sweetest little spirit. Jayde passed away shortly after birth due to a brain abnormality. Jayde is so loved and will be greatly missed.

Jayde is survived by her parents Landon and Andi, brother Brecken, sister Navy, Grammi Paige, Grandma Andrea and many others. Jayde is preceded in death by her Papa Shaun, Papa Kirk, and Uncle Mitch.

Jayde will be laid to rest at the Lehi City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations are being collected by the Children and the Earth Foundation on behalf of the Hemenway Family to help with medical and burial expenses.
