Jennifer "Jenny" Covington passed away due to complications from blood clots and surgery, on September 9, 2024. Jenny was born on July 15, 1982 in Provo, Utah to Ronnie "Ron" Covington and Kathryn "Kathy" Adamson.

Jenny was a loving devoted mom, an amazing sister and daughter and the best friend that anyone could have. Jenny loved the color purple and dragonflies. She loved working at the business she helped set up JaJiJe and proudly made the flowers for her daughter's wedding.

Jenny grew up in Lehi and lived there her whole life. She graduated from Lehi High School in 2000. Jenny went to Evans Hairstyling College to become a Cosmetologist and was glad to do anyones hair.

Jenny is survived by her children, Rikki (Covington) Klempel, Buffalo, South Dakota and Tristan Mellor, Lehi, her son-in-law, Jaden Klempel, Buffalo, South Dakota, her step-daughter Jasmin Mellor, Orem, her dad, Ron Covington, Lehi, her sisters Jan Covington, Lehi, Jill Covington, Lehi, her forever friends, Larry, Angela, and Wyatt Conklin and Bobby Powell. Her fur babies, Isley, Autumn, Tobi, and Athena. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Jenny is preceded in death by her mom Kathy Covington, her grandparents, Ken and Blanche Covington and Dub and Eloise Adamson, her uncles Don Adamson, Myron Adamson, Kay Covington, and Dick Covington, her aunt Lisa Adamson and many much loved fur babies.

We will be having a celebration of life on Saturday September 21, at Dry Creek Park at North 100 West State, Lehi, UT at the East Pavillion over the bridge at 1:00. Please wear purple and bring a non alcoholic drink or Swig that was Jenny's favorite place to get drinks.
