Jushlina Matthew, 57, passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Mountain Point Medical Center in Lehi.  She was born on May 15, 1965 in Ebeye, Marshall Island to Alvin Sam and Elise Jelke.

She married Whitney Matthew.

Family service will be held Friday, February 25, 2022 from 9:00am to 1:00pm at the Stake Center located on 3901 West 2920 South in West Valley City, Utah.  Graveside service will take place in the Lehi City Cemetery, 1100 North 400 East.
