Karin Julander Moulton, age 80, passed away peacefully on February 10, 2025, in Layton, Utah. She was born on June 29, 1944, in Marysvale, Utah, to Ferl and Von W. Julander. Karin's kindness, selflessness, and nurturing nature left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

On February 2, 1962, Karin married her loving husband, Vaughn K. Moulton, in the Salt Lake City Temple. Together, they raised two sons, Jeffrey V. Moulton and Kevin J. Moulton.

Karin's legacy continues through her cherished children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, who brought her great joy. She is survived by her son Jeff Moulton (Wendy), as well as her grandchildren: Jennifer Collett, Melissa Huffman (Waylon), Shilo Dennis (Preston), Derek Moulton, Cody Moulton (Chelsea), and Kyle Jones.

Karin is also survived by her siblings, Marilyn Julander Price, DelVon Julander and Kendall Julander. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vaughn Moulton, her son, Kevin Moulton, her granddaughter, Stephanie Moulton, and her brothers, Jerry and Dwayne Julander.

A lover of the outdoors, Karin cherished time spent at the family cabin, fishing, and camping with her family. Gardening was another great passion of hers, and she loved tending to the plants and flowers in her yard at her Highland home.

Karin's unwavering love, compassion, and warmth will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Services will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2025. A viewing will be held at Wing Mortuary from 11:00 am-12:00 pm. A Graveside service will be held at Highland City Cemetery at 1:00 pm.
