Kathleen was born March 15, 1947 in Glendale, California, and passed away Sunday, May 5, 2024 in Agua Dulce, California.

Kathleen was the first and only child born to Grace Virginia Eskelsen and Dale Palfreyman and was raised by her mother and adoptive father Vernon Neal Lusk. She married Dwight D. (Ike) Fitzgarrald of Bridgeport, Nebraska on September 13, 1969 and gave birth to six children: Heidi Howard, Jonathan Fitzgarrald, Amy Fredricksen, Jamie Graver, Jeffrey Fitzgarrald and Tamara Boothe. Kathleen and Dwight have 19 grandchildren.

Kathleen retired after 31 years as an executive for General Motors.

Kathleen is survived by her husband and sisters, Cindy Johnson and Tammy Latvala.
