Marlene Keele

Marlene Keele 80, of Lehi Utah passed peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, July 22, 2026. 

She was born in Heber City to her parents Marlow Mair and LaPreal Mason on July 20, 1946. She was one of seven kids. 

She was married to Bobby Lynn Keele, July 3, 1967. 

Marlene loved life and had a wonderful sense of adventure. She loved to take trips and go on vacations with her family. She was many things throughout her long life but retired from Legacy Elementary as a lunch lady. Her “lunch kids” held a very special place in her heart. After retirement she helped her daughter Tammy with her daycare and was lovingly known as Grandma. She never met a child that wasn’t her grandchild and she never met a stranger. Her family was her life and while she faced many tragedies she always came out the other side with a smile. She loved with her entire being and was so very loved in return. 

Marlene is preceded in death by both of her parents, her brothers Howard and Wayne and her sister Darlene, her husband Bobby, sons Eric and Ricky and daughter Sandra. She is survived by her sister RaNae (Jim) Nielsen, brothers Jerry (Nada)Mair and Ross (Shirley) Cassidy daughters Tammy (Jerry) Jones and Treasa (Nate) Bowen, daughter in law Pam (Ricky) Keele, grandchildren Kevin, Jerramie, Emmily (Emmett), Lacie, Tyson, Brittney (Carlos) Martinez , Trisha (Damien) Rivas, and Trevor and many nieces and nephews. 

Services will be held at Wing Mortuary, 118 East Main, in Lehi, Utah on Monday, July 27, 2026, with a viewing at 1:00pm and a funeral service at 2:00pm. Interment will be at the Lehi City Cemetery.
