Neldon Grant Bullock was born September 30,1953 in the Lehi Hospital to goodly parents, Algene and Vera Bullock and three older brothers, Donald, Richard, and LaGrand.  He attended Sego Lily Elementary and graduated from Lehi High School.  He acted as a mascot, representing the Lehi Pioneers, for some of their games. He attended Utah Technical College in the building construction program. He served in the Portland, Oregon Mission from 1973-1975. On April 11, 1975, he married his sweetheart, Jewel Bullock, in the Salt Lake, Utah Temple.  They were blessed with four beautiful children, Anna Christina, Thomas McKay, Holly Elizabeth, and Daniel Algene.

He was a very talented artist.  He loved doing marquetry with exotic woods from all over the world and enjoyed oil painting. He loved the joy of gardening and raising animals all his life. He loved sharing the spirit of Christmas and spreading joy to others, through playing Santa Claus for many years.  He would take bags of apples to people around the neighborhood, all dressed up as Santa. Around the holiday, he would have candy canes in his pocket for those special moments, when children would tug on their parents in excitement of seeing Santa.  They were thoroughly convinced, even when he was dressed in bibbed covered overalls and a red t-shirt. He would then ask the parents if it was ok, to give the children a candy cane and show the children his Santa Claus I.D. He loved going on joy rides every chance that he could.

He loved serving the Lord through missionary work and being a true friend to everyone. He was a big tease and would pull pranks on his friends and loved ones. He had a great sense of humor. He was very honored to be a direct descendant of Thomas Bullock, who was a scribe to Brigham Young. He loved pioneer history and had a great love for the Prophet Joseph Smith. Neldon has a strong testimony and one of his last words in life, even though it was difficult to speak at that time, he raised his arm in the air and said the word, "testimony." His sweet wife responded with, "We both have a strong testimony" and Neldon, with all the energy that he could muster up, said in a strong voice, "YES!"

Neldon loves his family and friends immensely. He is proud of each one of his children and grandchildren.  Neldon was surrounded by his family, as he graduated into the presence of his Heavenly Father, on October 25, 2023, at 12:18 AM.

He is survived by his loving wife, Jewel, his brother LaGrand (Lucy), sister-In-Law Kay Bullock, and his four children, Anna (Robert), Thomas (Jenny), Holly, Daniel (Katie), and eight grandchildren.  He is proceeded in death by his parents, Algene and Vera Bullock, brother Donald (Carol), brother Richard, and son-In-Law Bish Dolegiewicz.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at the Lehi, Utah West Stake Center at 1920 North 500 West Lehi, Utah 84043. The viewing will be held on the same day and location, from 10:00-11:45 AM, followed by the funeral at 12:00 PM. His burial will be held at the Lehi City Cemetery.
