We mournfully announce the passing of Nicholas Russell Woffinden, 43, of West Valley City, Utah. Nicholas passed away peacefully at home on Thursday 7 December 2023.

Nicholas, born to Kimberly Merz and Russell Woffinden, on 23 February 1980 . He graduated from Falls Church High School, Virginia in 1999. He attended Lincoln College of Technology, in Columbia, Maryland and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Mechanics with high honors.

He worked in the manufacturing industry most of his career. Most recently he worked for Parker Hannifin Engineered Polymer System and was a technician for 17 years. During that time he worked with the same group of people who became his closest friends.

While Nicholas never married, he loved his family and friends. He was generous, kind, humble and forgiving. People who knew him loved him. He is survived by his father, mother and stepfather, his sisters Alex Hulse and Sara Schumacher and brother Aaron Woffinden. He was also the favorite uncle to many nieces and nephews. We will all miss him dearly.

Services will be held at Wing Mortuary, 118 East Main Street, Lehi, Utah on Friday, 12 January 2024 at 11:30 AM.
