Peggy LaNae Peterson Lowe, beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandma and dear friend, passed away on January 20, 2022 following an extended illness.

Peggy was born on March 31, 1943 in Seattle, Washington, to Harry Chester and Mada Peck Peterson.  Peggy was a beautiful blue-eyed daughter, the third child of the family with older siblings Jilene (Lincoln) Card and H. Donl (Mary Lou) Peterson.  Peggy grew up in Lehi, Utah and was active in the community and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Peggy graduated from Lehi High School, and attended Brigham Young University.

Peggy married Lynn Thomas Lowe of Springville in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple on September 3, 1964.  Peggy and Lynn have 6 children, Lynette Phillips, Sandra (Ron) Johnson, Mark Lowe (who passed away shortly after birth), Debra Lowe, Michelle (Chris) Lowe-Navarrez, Lori (Geoff) Hatfield; 5 grandchildren, Jennifer (David) Atwood-Dean, Jeremy Atwood, Michael Johnson, Alena Hatfield, and Vivienne Hatfield; and 2 great grandchildren, Athena Dean, and Gwendolyn Dean.

Peggy loved art and had a talent for oil painting.  She participated in dramatic presentations and served in both church and community capacities.  Peggy had a fun-loving personality and brightened many occasions. Peggy had many dear friends for a lifetime.  She was generous to others and helped take care of Lynn's mother and her parents.  Peggy worked at Diane's Wig Shop and served others there.  She performed church service at the Provo Tabernacle, the Mount Timpanogos Temple, and at the Missionary Training Center.

Peggy has many beloved nieces and nephews and enjoyed laughing with many extended family members. She enjoyed the many ward members who have been so thoughtful and helpful throughout the years.
