Lynn Courney passed away peacefully in his home on August 24,2021, after his battle with cancer. He was 78 years old. He was born on June 9,1943, in Lehi Utah, to Bertha and Robert Courney. After graduation, he served in the National Guard. He then married Mary Ellen. They later divorced and he married Donna Beverly. Together they raised three kids. He was a loving, devoted father and grandfather.

He had a strong work ethic, raised on a farm. He worked many years at the Calcite Mine. After retirement he continued working as a crossing guard, where he made many little friends. He was a great outdoorsman. He loved hunting, trap shooting, and camping with his family. He also enjoyed watching his grandchildren's sporting events.

Lynn is survived by his children, Jasen Munson, Nicole Courney Call, and Rhett (Ashley) Courney. Also survived by 4 grandchildren, Abby, Dallen, Colton, and Raelynn. He was preceded in death by mother Bertha Clark, aunt Alta Clark, uncle Morris Clark, Gary "Hoof beats" Clark, and brother Jerry Fenn.

Funeral services will be held August 28, 2021 at 12:00 pm at Wing Mortuary, 118 East Main Street, Lehi UT. A viewing will be held August 27, at Wing Mortuary from 6:00-8:00 pm, and Aug 28, 11:00 til noon.
