Rosemary Jane Thatcher passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 28, 2022. Rosemary was born on June 18 ^th in 1938 in Medford, MA making her 84 years old at the time of her death.

While living in Massachusetts, she met her husband Larry Howard Thatcher. They were married in the St George, UT temple on February 16, 1957. They had eleven children. After nearly 44 years of marriage, Larry passed away December 17, 2000. Their oldest daughter, Deborah (Gary) Anderson passed away December 10, 2015. Rosemary is survived by her other ten children, Larry (Monica), Karrie (Alan) Bailey, Alan (Melonie), Kevin, Sherry (Jeff) Smith, Craig (Annette), Todd (Sarah), Melinda (Troy) Raven, Bryan (Victoria), and Boyd. Rosemary had 53 grandchildren and 69 great grandchildren.

Rosemary was a meticulous housekeeper and furniture arranger. Her family knew to always turn on the lights, if they had been gone all day, because a chair might reside in a previously empty spot. She was a fabulous cook who could feed one or a hundred and one. She loved all her children, but she worshipped her baby boy.

When she was fifteen years old, she was baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her faith in, and love for, Jesus Christ never waned.

A viewing will be held for Rosemary on Monday, January 9, 2023, at 9:00 AM. The funeral will be at 10:00AM after the viewing. She will be laid to rest next to her eternal companion in the Payson Cemetery.
