Rozella J. Jackman Davis Boice, 95, passed away December 7th, 2020 in Ogden, Utah. She was born September 15th, 1925 in Salem, Utah, the daughter of Perry V. Jackman and Lou Elma Richmond Jackman.

She attended schools in Salem and surrounding areas. She graduated from Utah Technical College as a Licensed Practical Nurse and served as a nurse for many years. Rose loved music and wrote poetry and songs. She shared her music and poetry all of her life.

She married Joseph Patrick Davis, June 10th, 1942 in Preston Franklin, Idaho. They had three children; Joseph Boyd Davis, Patricia Ann Davis and Annette Davis. They later divorced.

Rose raised six step children from other marriages. She married Heber Albert Boice, December 1st, 1981 in the Provo Utah Temple. Heber passed away December 22nd, 2003.

Rose was devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Rose and her husband served as temple workers at both the Provo and Mt. Timpanogos temples.

She is survived by children; Patricia and Mike Radowski and Annette Cutler, grandchildren; Jody Pentz, Marty and Israel Justice, Nicole Radowski, Scot and Katie Radowski and Robert and Cherry Hiatt, 12 great grandchildren and 7 great, great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Heber A. Boice and son Joseph Boyd Davis, two brothers; Vernal R. Jackman and Richard F. Jackman, three sisters; Marjorie Brewer, Mae Brown, and Florence Brown.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Wing Mortuary, 118 East Main, Lehi, Utah. Friends may call at 10am with services to follow at 11am. Burial will be in the Salem City Cemetery under the direction of Wing Mortuary. The service will be live streamed on the Wing Mortuary Facebook page.
