Ryan Burke Carter went to his heavenly home on March 8th, 2022. He was born October 16, 1977 to Randall Carter and Mary Smith Carter Padilla. Ryan grew up in Lehi, Utah. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and being in the outdoors. He attended schools in Lehi and Saint George, Utah.

Ryan is survived by his Mother, Mary Padilla (Mario), Jason Carter (Melissa), Dustin Carter (Elizabeth) Tylyn Carlson (Chris), his daughter Savannah Davidson (Adoptive parents Mark and Camille). He is preceded in death by his Dad, Randall Carter, his grandparents, Roy Smith, George and Donna Carter, and his Uncle Kelly Smith.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the Wing Mortuary Chapel, 118 East Main, Lehi, Utah. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment, Lehi City Cemetery.

The service will be live streamed on the Wing Mortuary Facebook page, starting at 11:00 AM.
