Our beloved wife and mother Sherlean Ross Norman Stone, age 83, of Lehi, died on Thursday, October 17, 2024.  She was born on March 26, 1941 in Vernal, Utah, daughter of Sylvan Don and Katherine Mott Ross.

She was living in Orem, Utah where she met and later married Delbert Gill Norman on April 10, 1958 in the Salt Lake Temple.

Later she married Lewis Kay Stone on June 3, 1994.

Sherlean was a homemaker for most of her life and worked for the Alpine School District at Lehi Elementary for many years in various teachers' aide positions.  She quit working to help care for her dad.

She enjoyed art, sewing, adult coloring, camping and reading.

She served in various Church callings including: Primary, Stake Primary, Cub Scouting and Relief Society.  But the calling she loved the most was sewing for the Church Humanitarian Services.

Sherlean is survived by her husband Kay, sons; Dennis (Kay) Norman, American Fork, Richard (Melissa) Norman, Lehi, daughter; Kathleen (Roger) Jacobson, Lehi, son-in-law; Gary (Ellen) Wilson, American Fork, stepsons; Jay Stone, Lehi, Gary (Karen) Stone, Highland, 25 Grandchildren and 34 Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband Delbert, daughter Janeen, her parents, and both brothers Donald and Marvin.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 24, 2024 at 11:00 am at the Lehi Central Stake Center, 200 North Center Street, with a viewing Wednesday evening from 6-8 pm at the Central Stake Center and again Thursday morning from 10-11 am.  Interment will follow at the Lehi City Cemetery.
