Susan Robertson Monson passed away on Thursday morning July 30, 2020 at the age of 64 after fighting a valiant battle with leukemia. She passed surrounded by family at her home in Saratoga Springs, UT. Sue was born January 9, 1956 in Vernal, UT to Homer William and Ruth Winder Robertson. She married her high school sweetheart, Jerry Monson, on August 3rd, 1973. Together they raised four children and loved spending time together as a family camping and enjoying the outdoors. Sue loved being on the water boating and cliff jumping. Family was always so important to her. She was always there to support her kids and grandkids in all of their activities. She loved watching mountain and dirt bike races, ballroom dancing and any sports the grandkids were involved in. Sue had a passion and talent for quilting and she loved to travel and explore new places.

Sue was the librarian at Sego Lily Elementary and a Media Specialist for Alpine School District where she was affectionately referred to as the "Media Goddess". She dedicated her life to instilling the love of reading in children. Sue served in many church callings in The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints and had a strong testimony of her Savior and shared it with others.

Sue is survived by her husband Jerry, children Chad (Hollie), Cameron (Emily), Ashley (Jeremy), Audrey (Holden), and twelve grandchildren. Also siblings Anne (Richard), Homer (Kathy), Gregory (Vickie), Kathleen (Michael). She is preceded in death by her parents and sister Jeanine.

All are invited to attend the viewing on Monday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 at Wing Mortuary located at 118 East Main Street in Lehi. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM on Tuesday Aug 4th with a viewing before starting at 10 AM at the church located on 587 South Saratoga Road in Saratoga Springs.
