Brent Von Larson (Boon) passed away surrounded by his loving wife and children. Brent bravely fought Leukemia (AML) for 1 1/2 years and did so with courage and determination, his battle ended on April 13, 2019.

He was born on May 27, 1957 to Von and Ruth Ann Larson. He was raised on a mink farm where he learned the value of hard work. He enjoyed going to work and made many life long friendships. Brent married his high school sweetheart Joan Price on July 30, 1976. They were life long friends and together they celebrated 42 years of marriage. Together they have 4 children, Justin, Ryan, Nicole and Aaron and seven beautiful granddaughters, Brooklyn, Lundun, McCoy, Paris, Quinn, Raven and Holland. He loved his children and granddaughters and was so proud of their accomplishments.

He had a strong love for all sports and excelled in football. Which he went on to play for snow college. His passion for sports developed into a love for coaching. He enjoyed many years coaching each of his sons teams.
Brent loved the outdoors and looked forward to the annual pheasant and deer hunts. He also enjoyed golfing with family and friends.

Brent had a large stature but his quiet soft presence is what he was known for. He had a soft heart and loved babies, underdogs, and numerous family pets.

He is survived by his wife Joan, son Justin (Lacey), son Ryan (Montserrat), daughter Nicole (Cody Anderson), son Aaron (Kitre) and seven granddaughters. Mother Ruth Ann Larson, sister Kristie Condley, brother Howard. He was preceded in death by his father Von Larson.

The family would like to thank the Doctors and staff of the Loveland Clinic and the East 8th floor of the LDS Hospital for their compassionate care this past 1 1/2 years.

Please join us in a celebration of Brent's life on Sunday, April 28. There will be an Open House to come and visit with the family anytime from 6-8pm at Cedar Hills Golf Clubhouse 10640 Clubhouse Drive Cedar Hills, Utah. Please dress casual.

At Brent's request a private burial service will be held.
